DarqFlare Enterprises: Development Terms

The following development terms are in place for DarqFlare Enterprises:

Up to three revisions are allowed during the initial build phase. Any revisions beyond three will be considered updates/maintenance.
50% of the total for the initial build is required down. The remaining 50% is required upon delivery.
Delivery of product is defined as all of the items listed in the initial build invoice being completed as early as any of the following, whichever comes first:
- Agreement upon the final product between DarqFlare Enterprises and the client.
- 30 days have passed from a statement from DarqFlare Enterprises requesting verification of the final product.
Intellectual property rights are retained by DarqFlare Enterprises until delivery of product.
